Q Warranty term of EMS Suit
AEMS training suit: Manufacturing defects in the textile garments – EMS training suit/band are considered consumables so they have a 120 days warranty after delivery. 1) For personal use suit : BodyEMS could give extra 60days warranty time after delivery. 2) For public use suit: BodyEMS will give exact 30 days warranty after delivery.
BodyEMS provide the repair service for the suit in warranty time. The extra cost such as freight and tax.
Limitations: This warranty does not cover: • Damage caused by normal wear and tear; • Improper care; (Please check- proper care details) • Negligence; • Tampering, customer/dealer modifications; • Fire, flood, natural disasters; • Natural breakdown of materials over an extended period of time; • Products purchased through unauthorized dealers;
